Yes, as long as your insurance plan covers Master of Social Work mental health professionals. Please check with your insurance company directly to make sure your services will be covered. After payment, you will be sent a receipt that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

We accept payment by credit card, VISA debit, and e-transfer. We require a credit card to be kept on file in case of a late cancellation or no show.

Complete your intake form through the Jane App which should be sent to your email after booking your first session. Feel free to bring some fidget toys or other grounding tools to help manage any feelings of anxiety you might feel before and during the session. For a free consultation appointment, you might also want to prepare some questions for your therapist to help determine if it might be a good fit for your needs.

Yes! We see clients who are aged 13 and up for individual therapy. However, in the case of family therapy, it may be appropriate and beneficial to have children younger than 13 to participate in the therapy session. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to book a consultation to see if it might be a good fit or to be referred to more appropriate services.

At this time, we are only able to see clients living in Ontario as the profession of Social Work is regulated across Canada. This may change in the future if enough requests for service are received for a particular province in Canada. We do not see clients living outside of Canada.

Although we specialize in working with neurodivergent clients, particularly those who are ADHD and/or Autistic, we work with clients of all neurotypes, including those who are neurotypical. Attending therapy that is neuro-affirming may help you to better understand and communicate with the neurodivergent people in your life. We also see clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, sexual orientation and attraction, gender identity, sense of self, emotion dysregulation, past trauma, academic and work performance, and related challenges.
